State Farm® Insurance Agent John Neri

"John Neri has been my auto insurance provider for almost two years and though he was once the cheapest option for me, he no longer is. I was really disappointed upon buying a new car and my insurance jumping $100. I accepted this because I needed insurance, but now because of my financial losses, we had to move cities. So because we are poor and couldn't afford to stay in the suburbs, they surprise me by raising my insurance $100. It would make more sense they'd want to work with you to lower your insurance when you're financially struggling, but they just want to punish you for being poor, I guess. The lady I spoke to said it's only this month that I'd have to pay almost $300, but my insurance will still be going up permanently by $50, and that's still an insane amount to me. $250 for insurance? They also gave me no warning of this change either. I only discovered it when I opened the app. Very disappointing. I switched policies already and am calling on Monday to cancel my policy with John Neri. He was a great insurance provider some time ago, but I simply can't afford to stay with him."
